Rebecca Romijn has been cast to play Rob Lowe's love interest in the upcoming single-camera comedy series at NBC called The Pro.

Romijn will play Margot, a board member at the L.A. Tennis & Gold Club, who takes lessons from Lowe's Ben, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She is a slightly insecure but driven widow who hasn't been able to get serious with any many since her husband's death.

The Pro focuses on Ben Bertrahm who is a former doubles champion, but after he and his partner Bobby Welch, played by Rob Riggle, split, neither has been able to get anywhere in life. He works in a golf pro shop and managed to patch things up with Bobby.

Romijn was most recently in the cancelled TNT show King and Maxwell, but she has had guest roles on other shows, such as NTSF:SD:SVU and Ugly Betty as well as the X-Men films.

As previously reported, the first cast were Low and Riggle. Though he will be focusing on this show if it gets picked up, he will still be involved in some fashion on NBC's other show Parks and Recreation since it was picked up for another season.
