Nicholas Stoller brings the new comedy, Neighbors, to SXSW.

The film centers around a couple who spends time calling cops on his neighbors. Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play the married couple with the new baby in the film. After the neighbors open a frat house next door, the perfect suburban life becomes unhinged. Zac Efron and Dave Franco star in the film as the difficult next door neighbors, according to Entertainment Weekly.

According to The Huffington Post, Efron said, "There sort of a stigma with fraternities, but I thought we were able to bring some humanity to these guys.”

Director Nicholas Stroller calls this a “hysterical” movie. Stoller is the force behind the other hit comedies, Forgetting Sarah Marshall or The Five-Year Engagement. He also wrote Get Him to the Greek and the TV movie, Entry Level, and Yes Man.

Neighbors is one of favorite films showing at SXSW this year. The movie, music, and technology festival will continue in Austin, TX through the end of the week.
