Robin Thicke is still keeping busy trying to win his estranged wife, Paula Patton, back. During his most recent show at Madison Square Garden, Thicke told the audience not to take their loved ones for granted.
Thicke took some time to address the “couples” in the packed venue, telling them that they need to learn “forgiveness.”
"We gotta learn to forgive each other, you know, learn to love each other, no matter who it is in your family or relationship," he said, People reports. "Hold on tight to the one you love."
Thicke and his wife of nearly eight years, Patton, announced they were calling it quits last month. They said in a joint statement, “We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.”
The former couple has a 3-year-old son, Julian, and they were high school sweethearts. Ever since their separation was publicly announced, Thicke has been proving he’s trying to get her back and he will do whatever it takes.
Some insiders suggest Thicke’s twerking fiasco with Miley Cyrus this past summer at the MTV Video Music Awards had a lot to do with the demise of their marriage.
