On Wednesday night, Seth Rogen appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Dave Franco and revealed all of his co-stars he’s smoked weed with during a skit called “Spill the Herbal Tea.” Some of the answers were a given, but others came as quite a shock.
During the rapid-fire naming session, Andy Cohen listed celebrities to Rogen asking who of them he’s gotten high with before. According E! Online, the list of smoking partners in question included your typical stoners like Snoop Dogg and then some shocking names like Barbra Streisand. Of course, he has smoked with Snoop Dogg, but when it comes to Streisand, the two have only talked about it.
The most shocking answer of all though was his Pineapple Express co-star, James Franco. You’d think with the stoner roles the two played in that movie, they’d get high together all the time, but Rogen answered truthfully saying, “This is really depressing for me to say…I’ve never smoked weed with James Franco because he doesn’t smoke weed. That’s why he’s such a good actor! It’s really sad, actually.” Cohen replied saying, “Oh my God! That’s headline news!” And he’s right, because Franco sure fooled us.
Bustle reported that he smokes with Sarah Silverman and Paul Rudd regularly, and even Jonah Hill sometimes. Cohen introduced Rogen as “a Hollywood star that was brave enough to come out of the closet-as a stoner,” and reminded us of why we love him in most of his stoner-related roles.
