Adam Lambert returns this week to reprise his role of “Starchild” on the successful dramedy, Glee. In august of 2013, creator, Ryan Murphy announced on twitter that the former American Idol contestant would join the cast for season five to premiere that fall. Lambert tweeted his excitement as fans readily awaited the new addition to the show. Over the span of his career so far, Lambert released two albums and will be joining Queen on tour this summer. He is currently between record labels after splitting with RCA over “creative differences.” Starchild was introduced in November of 2013 as a sort of nemesis for Kurt on the show. He has since had a recurring role on the show where he shows off his high vocal range and his new acting skills. According to Rolling Stone, he has been hard at work in the studio working on new material for this year.
