In Sunday’s all new episode of Revenge we finally got to meet the big-bad media mogul Pascal LeMarchal, also known as dad for Marguax whom she brought back to the Hamptons to help her deal with the Conrad Grayson problem at Voulez magazine. It was one well-orchestrated opera as some would say in regards to the head-to-head showdown between Victoria and Emily. In this weeks episode ‘Disgraced’ it seems, as Emily gets closer to answers about her father’s case everyone else is getting closer to figuring out exactly who Emily really is. We’ve put together our top 10 questions that were raised on this week’s episode of Revenge .
10. Who is Nolan’s new houseguest?
Javier is someone that Nolan met during his brief stint in jail (end of last season) but there seems to be more between the two of them. Were they romantically entangled or were they really just a student-teacher kind of relationship? We know Nolan taught Javier a few things behind bars. We know Javier has the same genius mind that Nolan has when it comes to hacking and computers, which means he can play a valuable asset to Emily. The real question is though is Javier really in the Hamptons to see and stay with Nolan? OR Does he too has some things to take care of in the Hamptons as well?
Javier coming to stay at Nolan’s (due to his house arrest there) bring a lot questions.
9. Why did Emily end her own marriage to Daniel?
Emily’s marriage to Daniel went up in very public flames via a gossip column. Well when the Grayson’s first thought they had cornered Emily into a divorce by showing her the pictures of Aiden and her kissing Emily put on a stellar performance and shut them down. Then all apart of Emily’s plan she made the troubles in her marriage very public by leaking her false pregnancy. According to Emily it was all part of her plans so that she can make a public break from the Graysons. Also so it may look as through the Grayson’s are out to get Emily. Very smart move on Emily’s part – leaving on her own terms.
8. What’s up with Stevie and Jack’s new mother-son relationship?
Stevie and Jack seem to really be hitting it off when it comes to mom, even after leaving for 20 years then poppin’ back into the Hamptons, Jack and Stevie seem to still be able to truly form a bond.
7. What are Marguax and Daniel’s plan for their fathers?
As Marguax realizes that her plans for both Conad and her father don’t go as expected she enlists Daniel’s help to get them both out of their lives. They both know what it feels like having very powerful fathers so its going to be interesting to see what kind of plan the two of them to hatch up. Also Daniel and Marguax don’t truly know how far back the relationship between their fathers actually go, which can cause a wrinkle in their plans.
6. Has Stevie put the pieces together?
“Now tell me who you really are,” once Stevie sees a picture of Amanda and Emily together she seems like she may have put the pieces together as to who Emily really is. When she confronts Emily of course she denies, denies, denies because we aren’t 100% sure if Stevie is a friend or foe. However her relationship to Emily may change when she reveals that she too believed that David Clark is innocent and she tried to defend him. She is definitely gaining some brownie points with Team Emily here. Stevie may know more than what she’s leading on.
5. Pascal and Victoria,, what’s really going on with them? What is their past?
Pascal LeMarchal made it very obvious this episode that he wants Victoria. He is trying to woo her by giving her that gorgeous custom Dolce&Gabana gown to wear to the opera. However Victoria being the ice queen she is put down Pascal right away. It seems though that the two of them may have had a past because she does say that she knows he isn’t single for very long as usual. Both of them are very powerful people so it’s going to be interesting to watch how this unfolds.
4. What is this new piece of evidence?
Thanks to Jack and Nolan Emily was able to get her hands on Stevie’s files from the David Clark trial. In Stevie’s research she had a new piece of evidence that Emily has never seen before that possibly reveals new players into her fathers framing. Stevie must’ve really been onto something because she confesses that after she visited David in jail she was then pulled over for a DWI, that was set-up by Conrad because although she was an alcoholic she never drove drunk. The DWI then led to Stevie being barred. This evidence helps Emily better understand the whole plan that the Grayson’s put together to frame David Clark. Although the note is a little coded Emily is determined to find out the true meaning of it as well as what Pascal did to her father
3. Has Victoria finally caught onto Emily?
Victoria always suspected Emily was up to no good. She always wanted her out of the family as soon as possible and tonight she got her wish. This episode however it seemed that Victoria is beginning to connect the dots of why Emily is truly in the Hamptons. And we all know from experience that if you try and hurt Victoria’s family you must have a death wish because she will do anything to protect them. Although Emily is divorcing Daniel Victoria is still keeping an eye on Emily.
2. What is Pascal’s real involvement with David Clark?
The new piece of evidence that Emily has uncovered connects Pascal to Conrad during the David Clark trail. She compares the note she received from Voulez about her spread in the magazine to the handwriting she found in Stevie’s files. It seems that Pascal and Conrad have a shady past together. Conrad has definitely used him in the past and this week he makes it known what he wants from Pascal now. By revealing to Pascal that he knows about him fudging the numbers for Voulez to look successful he has Pascal right where he wants him. Conrad knows how to get what he wants and Pascal is just a pawn to him.
1. Has Jack really decided to play the game even if it means hurting Marguax?
Jack and Emily are finally getting back into a good place with each other and she doesn’t want to destroy that. This week we saw Emily trying to honor Jack’s wishes of not involving Stevie in any of her plans but it’s Jack who decides he wants in on taking down that Graysons. The end of this episode we saw a new side of him coming out. He’s the one who stole the files against Emily’s wishes and he is willing to do what it takes to get revenge for Amanda and Declan. Emily told Jack all that may happen with his relationship with Marguax if Jack chooses to play the game. It’s going to be fun to see Jack play this kind of new person who is in the know of Emily’s plans.
