Most shows on the night were down from last week, while Hell's Kitchen premiere helped Fox's weak Thursday night lineup.
Despite slight interference from college basketball games, CBS still easily won the night with a 2.5 in the 18-49 demographic and 10.58 million viewers. The Big Bang Theory slipped slightly from last week, HitFix reports, down to a night-leading 4.9 in the demo, while The Millers similarly followed with a 2.6 rating. Two and a Half Men was steady with a 2.6 and The Crazy Ones was actually up slightly with a 1.8 in the demo. Elementary ticked downward with a 1.7 demo rating.
In second was Fox, which averaged 7.02 million viewers and a 2.1 in the key demo. Hell's Kitchen made its return and was even with last year at a 1.9 in the demo. American Idol also remained steady with a 2.2 in the demo.
ABC saw drops across the board for the night, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland dropped to a 0.8 in the 18-49 demo, while Grey's Anatomy fell further to a 2.3 key rating. Scandal also slipped slightly to a 1.9. The network averaged 6.1 million viewers and a 1.9 in the demo.
Community and Parenthood were the only NBC programs not to lose ground in the demo, remaining consistent with previous weeks at a 1.0 rating and 1.2, respectively. Parks and Recreation dropped to a 1.1 in the demo and Hollywood Game Night remained consistently weak from previous weeks with a 1.0 in the demo. NBC averaged 3.2 million viewers and a 1.1 in the demo.
The CW averaged a 0.4 in the demo and 1.39 million viewers. Reign was the only program to have a new episode and it slipped downwards to a 0.6 demo rating.
