Vin Diesel was very close to the late Paul Walker and has continued to pay tribute to his Fast & Furious co-star on social media. He posted another tribute to Walker on his Facebook page Saturday, sharing a picture of Walker with his twin brother, who is also named Paul.
The picture shows Walker on the left with Diesel’s brother and the action star pointed out that the two looked similar.
“Pablo [Walker] and my mother would have deep conversations... she claimed, that it was no accident that this on-screen duo has come to define brotherhood in Our millennium,” Diesel wrote. “You see... the other guy in the photo is also named Paul... and although they look more alike, he is actually my twin brother.”
Diesel also thanked his fans for using his Facebook page as a soundboard, where fans have shared what Walker and his films meant to them. “Though this may be one of the hardest things I have had to do in my career, I can't help but to think... that it will also be the most significant,” Diesel concluded his post.
Diesel has used his Facebook page to make several important announcements, like confirming that Fast & Furious 7 will be released in April 2015. He also posted a tribute video for Walker in January.
Over the weekend, it was rumored that the producers will use CGI and stunt doubles for Walker in some scenes of the film.
