Lots has gone down so far at the Coachella Musical Festival but in recent fashion news, Alexander Wang and H&M have decided to team up.

The two told the public of the partnership between the hip, popular store and the New York fashion designer during an event at the festival.

"Alexander Wang is one of the most important voices in fashion today. He understands exactly what people want to wear and does it with an energy and passion that's infectious. It feels incredible to be collaborating with him this year," Margareta van den Bosch, H&M's Creative Advisor said, according to NY Daily News.

Wang continued to state that he’s “honored” to be working with H&M, calling the team exciting.

“They are very open to pushing boundaries and to set a platform for creativity. This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle," Wang said.

The New-York based fashion designer posted an instagram video to his personal account at midnight on Saturday, giving a fashion teaser.

The line is expected to hit 250 stores, drop on November 6th and will be called "Wang X HM," reports In Style.

Wang receives the title of first American designer to work with H&M, following in the steps of Isabel Marant, Versace, Lanvin, Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Matthew Williamson and Marni.

Alexander Wang lovers can now purchase his items with a much lower number attached to the item of clothing.
