Ashley Tisdale surprised her fiancé, Christopher French, by throwing him a birthday party on Wednesday, April 23.
According to E! News, the 28-year-old planned the party at RivaBella in West Hollywood and invited their closest friends and family.

An insider said the event was low-key and none of the duo’s celebrity friends where in attendance.
However, the soon-to-be husband and wife "were holding hands and kissing the whole time, sitting next to each other. Very lovey dovey,” according to the source.

French proposed to Tisdale back in August 2013 on the 103rd floor of the Empire State Building in New York City, according to Us Weekly.
"He had been planning on it for awhile. I think she knew it was coming but she is so happy," a source said of the engagement.
The couple met through mutual friends and went public with their relationship in December 2012.
The former High School Musical blond beauty has previously been linked to Step Up Revolution director Scott Speer and Boys Like Girls musician Martin Johnson.
