Rapper Big Sean and Glee star Naya Rivera have called off their wedding, only six months after announcing their engagement.
A rep of Big Sean’s has confirmed that the two will no longer be getting married, according to E! Online.
“After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off. The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue,” the rep said in a statement. “Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter.”
“The recent rumors” refer to Big Sean, born Sean Anderson, cheating on the 27-year-old actress. A source, however, told Us Weekly that the rumor was false.
“Sean did not cheat on Naya and the allegations are 100% false and untrue,” the insider said.
Rivera and Big Sean went public with their relationship a year ago and announced their engagement only six months later, in October.
Rivera recently gushed about Sean in the January issue of Cosmopolitan, saying, “He's so kind to people," the smitten star said, "but he also wears the pants in our relationship, which I love.”
