Comedian Jeff Dunham and baseball star Miguel Cabrera are celebrating their birthdays today.
Jeff Dunham, who often appears on Comedy Central, is celebrating his 51st birthday today.
Dunham has received over 350 million views on YouTube since October of 2009. One of his most famous acts is Achmed the Dead Terrorist, which is a puppet of a skeletal corpse of a terrorist. Dunham performs acts of ventriloquism with Achmed in a satire of terrorism, often yelling "Silence! I kill you!"
Dunham is well known for starring in The Jeff Dunham Show, which started airing in 2009, which features Achmed and other ventriloquism act characters performed by him. The show only lasted a couple of months though.
However, Dunham has made various appearances on shows such as The Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show.
Miguel Cabrera, who plays first base for the Detroit Tigers, is celebrating his 31st birthday today.
Cabrera is widely considered to be the best hitter in baseball right now, and he has made eight different All Star teams.
After bursting onto the scene in 2003 and helping the Florida Marlins win the World Series, he never looked back, hitting 33 home runs while driving in 112 runs in 2004.
He continued his power hitting before getting traded to the Tigers in 2007. He has played with them since and won his first MVP award in 2012. He also achieved the Triple Crown, being the first since Carl Yastrzemski in 1967. He led the American League with a .330 batting average, 44 home runs and 130 runs batted in.
He followed that up with another MVP campaign in 2013 by winning his third consecutive AL batting title with .348. He finished second in home runs and runs batted in with 44 and 137.
