Musician Nick Noonan and photographer Nigel Barker are celebrating their birthdays today.

Nick Noonan, 28

Musician Nick Noonan turns 28 today. Noonan is known as a half of the pop duo Karmin, along with Amy Heidemann. Noonan and Heidemann met at Berklee College of Music in Boston. They started covering songs on their YouTube channel. Their cover of Chris Brown's "Look At Me Now" earned them great attention.

After appearing on talk shows and building their fame, Noonan and Heidemann signed with Epic Records and released their EP, Hello, in 2012. Since then they have collaborated with Big Time Rush, performed on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve '13 with Ryan Seacrest, and opened for the Jonas Brothers on their 2013 tour.

Karmin released their second studio album, Pulses, on March 25, and are currently on tour. Noonan and Heidemann are also engaged and will start making wedding preparations soon.

Nigel Barker, 42

Photographer, reality television personality, director and former model Nigel Barker turns 42 today. Abandoning his plans to study medicine, Barker started modeling after his mom entered him into a competition. He modeled for 10 years in London, Milan, Paris and New York. In 1996, he made the transition from model to photographer. He opened his own photography studio in Manhattan, and has shot for GQ, Lucky, Town & Country, Seventeen, Nine West, Lexus, Ford and Sony.

Barker was a judge on Tyra Banks' modeling series, America's Next Top Model, for 17 cycles. In February 2013, he became the host of The Face. Barker made his directorial debut with the documentary A Sealed Fate?, and followed with Generation Free and Haiti: Hunger and Hope.

Barker is married to model and CoverGirl representative, Cristen Chin Barker, and have two children, Jack and Jasmine
