The separation between Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin may not have been a result of their parenting styles. Martin reportedly had an affair in 2011 while appearing as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live.
New details about an affair by Martin with an assistant on the show have surfaced from the NBC staff, reported the New York Post. Martin was said to be openly flirting with the woman at a party after the show. Martin was previously questioned about his relationship with Kate Bosworth in 2009 however denied the rumors. Said to have an open marriage, both contenders in the duo have been linked to people other than their spouses.
As previously reported Martin and Paltrow announced their separation last month. Since the announcement multiple factors resulted as possible reasons for the separation. Martin and Paltrow reportedly had issues parenting their children and deciding their diets, deciding where to live as a permanent home base, and most recently with Paltrow’s movie star fame.
Only Paltrow’s rep has recently committed on latest possible speculations over the broker marriage saying, “I don’t rep Chris so I cannot address those accusations.”
