Christina Hendricks is mostly known for her role as the sexy secretary in the television series Mad Men.

In the upcoming May issue of Health magazine, Hendricks lets everyone know that her husband Geoffrey Arend, is not only her biggest fan but also credits himself for the discovery of her sexy image.

“Ha! Whenever we see something about it, he always says, ‘I told you from the beginning. I’m the one who called it first,’” Hendricks told Health magazine. “So he just wants a little credit. Really, he’s sweet and he’s happy for me.”

Hendricks has also admitted to be reluctant to starting a family.
“We got a puppy, and that’s m y idea of starting a family,” Hendricks said according to Daily Mail. “People say ‘Oh, that’s practive for parenting,’ but if it’s practice for anything it’s to be a mom to another puppy.”

Hendricks said that she and Arend, who have been married for four years, are not really interested in having children, which she then stated is “very normal for people.”

She also admitted that she doesn’t get annoyed when people say the classic line of “Oh, you say that now…” once she tells people she isn’t interested in having children. She knows that there is a small possibility that she may change her mind in the future, even if it doesn’t look like it now.

“I woke up this morning and I heard good music playing and I smelled delicious food cooking downstairs,” Hendricks said. “When I came down, my husband had his apron on and my dog was chewing on her bone. I was like ‘This is perfect! This is exactly what I want to be doing right now.’ I felt very, very happy.”

Hendricks will be appearing as Joan Harris in Sunday’s premiere of season seven of Mad Men.
