Comedian John Pinette has died at the age of 50.

The former Seinfeld actor was found dead Saturday in his hotel in Pittsburg, according to ABC News. He died of natural causes as a result of liver and heart disease.

According to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Pinette was in town for a family event when they grew concerned that they were not able to get ahold of him. The family contacted security at the hotel, which led to the family discovering Pinette had died.

The comedian was known for his self-depricating humor and stand up routines, where he was known to poke fun at his weight. Pinette is best known for his role in Seinfeld where he appeared in the final episode as a car jacking victim. He also appeared in the film The Punisher and played Edna Turnblad, mother of the show's lead Tracy Turnblad, in the stage adaptation of Hairspray.

According to Pinette's agent, he was working on another standup routine when he passed away.
