Do you casually carry a conversation with your best friends about how perfect a Friends reunion would be? With all the speculation flying around, Courtney Cox has unfortunately officially put that idea to rest—a reunion is not in the works.

Cox, who acts in the current TV series Cougar Town, made an appearance on the“Late Show with David Letterman,” where she finally rid the world of their incessant questioning of a reunion, according to Time.

"It's not gonna happen," the 49-year-old actress said.
She continues to say that it’s a task in itself to get everyone together for a meal, none-the-less a reunion.
When discussing trying to get together, Cox stated, "It doesn't happen. I mean, I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry. Matt LeBlanc canceled last time right at the last minute, [David] Schwimmer lives [in New York City], so it's just not going to happen," reports CBS News.

Last year, Friends co-creator Marta Kaufman told the world a reunion was most certainly not happening but fans didn’t take that as a final answer. Maybe hearing it from practical “Monica” herself will make it easier to believe.
