Dina Lohan, the mother of troubled star Lindsay Lohan, plead guilty to DWI charges in a Long Island courtroom on Tuesday.

According to NBC 4, Lohan plead guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding stemming from a 2013 traffic stop in exchange for no jail time.

"I'll never be back here again. You can quote me on that one," Lohan said as she left court.

As part of the deal the 51-year-old is expected to complete community service, pay a fine and an ignition interlock device will be installed in every vehicle she owns. The ignition interlock will prevent her from driving if she blows a breath test.

TMZ has reported that Lohan driver’s license will be revoked and she will need to attend a drinking and driving program and a victim impact panel.

Last September, state police clocked her driving a white BMW at 77 mph in a 55-mph zone. She was pulled over and arrested after a Breathalyzer showed that her blood-alcohol content was .20 percent.
