Emma Watson between her schedule of acting in films and going to college at Brown University has found time to become certified as a yoga instructor.
The 23-year-old star who is currently in theaters in the film Noah with Russell Crowe, has admitted that it’s the chaos in her life that inspired her to pursue other interests, according to Entertainment Wise.
In an interview with Elle Australia, she dished that she’s taken classes to be a certified yoga instructor. It’s a way for her to be able to take a step out of the public eye when she needs to.
“People are like, ‘Where are you living? What are you doing?’ I don’t know,” Watson said according to Entertainment Wise. “I’m too young to decide right now if I want to live here or in New York or in LA or wherever else. And I really struggled for the answers for the past three years.”
Watson explained that she’s been trying to find a way to internally “feel safe and at home.” Because she doesn’t have the reliability of a physical place to keep her constantly feeling at home, she is working on a way to feel it within herself.
While yoga can help keep sustain some tranquility, Entertainment Wise also dished that the starlet has been indulging her wild side. Watson admitted that she had recently broken into a swimming pool at 3 a.m.
“It was at a hotel, it had a gate around it. My friends turned around and basically I was gone,” Watson shared. “The next thing they saw was me 7ft up in the air, scaling the fence. I shouldn’t be able to get away with what I’m getting away with.”
