Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb spent the day in an Arizona jail on Wednesday for a DUI arrest last year.

TMZ obtained a police report which stated that the 37-year-old was pulled over for speeding on Dec. 15. Authorities arrested him after determining that he was under the influence of alcohol.

The Associated Press noted that McNabb plead guilty on March 27 and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. However, nine days of that sentence was suspended and he was released Thursday morning after serving just one day.

According to the court website, he also received a criminal traffic citation in January and is scheduled to appear before a judge again on May 16.

The six-time pro-bowler spent 11 seasons with the Eagles, before he was traded to the Washington Redskins. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings before retiring from the league. He is currently an analyst for Fox Sports Live.

The Eagles organization retired his "5" jersey last season during halftime of the Eagles-Chiefs game.
