Hulu announced today that its Hulu Plus subscription service will be the exclusive streaming home of Fox’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Mindy Project. Both shows are NBCUniversal productions.
While both shows are available when they air, Hulu will be the only place you can find them in the future and the only place where past episodes will stay. Mindy’s complete first season will be available, in addition to the current second season. Nine-Nine’s full first season, which just wrapped, will also be up.
Nine-Nine surprisingly won two Golden Globes earlier this year, winning Best Comedy series and Best Lead Actor in a Comedy for Andy Samberg. The show was renewed for a second season and Mindy was also picked up for a third.
Hulu said that other NBCU shows will be coming to Hulu Plus soon, as well. The Real Housewives franchise, Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, The Millionaire Matchmaker and Flipping Out, and Keeping up with the Kardashians will all be available soon.
Mindy airs on Tuesday and returned last night from a mid-season break.
