Kristen Stewart has ditched her signature brunette locks for something a little less traditional...orange!
The Twilight star changed up her look for an upcoming role in the movie American Ultra, which also stars Jesse Eisenberg.
Her hair debut came in the form of an Instagram picture posted by Maison de Cheveux salon in New Orleans, where the film is said to start filming this month.
""Kristen Stewart gettin her hair ready for a new role! #americamultra #awesomecolor #houseofhair," captioned the photo, which showed Stewart posing with a stylist from the salon.
According to E Online, in American Ultra Stewart plays Phoebe, girlfriend of Eisenberg's character Mike, who's world changes when he goes from begin a stoner in a boring town, to having his past haunt him and the government trying to wipe him out.
The action-comedy film, which also stars Uma Thurman, won't be the first time Stewart and Eisenberg work together. The two starred in the 2009 comedy Adventureland.
Although Stewart is known for her brunette hair, according to People she's not afraid to take risks.
""I'm definitely going to shave my head before I die. I will definitely tattoo my head while it's shaved before my hair grows back," she said.
