A rep for Lindsay Lohan has denied that the actress ever even sat down for an interview with Kode Magazine, which claimed that a journalist spoke with Lohan as she sipped vodka. Meanwhile, another report says that the miscarriage claim Lohan made in the series finale of her OWN reality series was fabricated.

As previously reported, the Kode feature claims that Lohan is “seeing” a man who is not only married, but also has children. It also states that Lohan, who has been in and out of rehab to deal with alcohol abuse, was drinking vodka while she spoke to the interviewer.

A rep for Lohan told E! News that not only are the claims in the feature false, but she never even spoke with the magazine in person.

“Lindsay never spoke to any journalist at Kode. The interview was completed via email,” the rep said. “We have no comprehension on why a journalist would fabricate this content and distribute it in such an irresponsible way.”

Kode editor in chief Allan Troy Watson and executive editor Jacob Simon told E! that the interview did happen in person. Simon added that they even have photos of Lohan with the interviewer.

While that controversy continues, another question remains: Did Lohan really have a miscarriage as she revealed on Lindsay? Two sources close to her told RadarOnline that it was not true and was just an excuse for her slacking off in another comeback attempt.

“She absolutely made it up,” one of the sources told the site.
