Mad Men star Kevin Rahm and his wife Amy Lonkar Rahm have announced that they are expecting their first child and that it will be a girl.

Us Weekly reports how Rahm took to Twitter to announce that he and his wife were expecting their first child together and that the baby will be a girl. Rahm, tweeted, "Oh yeah… This is happening." Rahm, also included a cute photo of himself and his wife showing how happy and excited they are about becoming parents and that their baby girl is due in September.

Rahm, who is also known for appearing on Desperate Housewives married Lonkar Rham, who is a cardiothoracic surgeon, two years ago in April 2012.

After, Rahm made the baby announcement he received a lot of congratulatory tweets from others and he thanked them for their kindness.

According to E! Online on Mad Men, Rahm's character of Ted Chaough is a rival of Jon Hamm's Don Draper. Along with playing Lee McDermott on Desperate Housewives, Rahm also is known for starring on Judging Amy as Kyle McCarty, the cousin of Amy Brenneman's character Amy.
