Jupiter Ascending actress Mila Kunis is pregnant and focused on staying healthy for herself and for her baby.

Fiancée to Ashton Kutcher, her co-star from the early days of her career on That ‘70s Show>, Kunis has not stopped working out because of her pregnancy.

Kunis has been taking prenatal yoga classes which incorporates pregnancy-safe yoga poses, dance and meditation, E Online stated.

According to Baby Center, yoga is beneficial for expecting mothers because it helps them learn to breathe deeply and relax. The breathing technique is called ujjayi and requires you to take in air slowly through your nose, filling your lungs, and exhale completely until your stomach compresses.

Learning ujjayi is essential for pregnant women who are preparing to face the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood, Baby Center stated.

Not to mention, Baby Center added that yoga combined with walking or another light form of cardiovascular exercise is an ideal way to keep pregnant women limber, tone their muscles, improve their balance and circulation with little strain on their joints.

Kunis combines her prenatal yoga classes in Hollywood with calorie-burning spin classes at Blazing Saddles studio in Sherman Oaks, E Online reported.

“Spinning is a no-impact aerobic exercise program that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle and can be done by people of all fitness levels,” according to the Blazing Saddles website.

The parents-to-be just returned home from a trip to Louisiana where Kunis got her pregnancy craving for Mexican food satisfied.

E Online said, the Jackie and Kelso actors dined at Tacos and Beers restaurant in Old Town, Louisiana. Kunis had carne asada dish with tea and water.

On another occasion Kunis got her Mexican food fix at Casa Vega restaurant in Los Angeles where she shared guacamole, a fajita salad and fish tacos with a close friend, stated E Online.

Yet, Kunis hasn’t been letting her yoga and spinning go to waste by constantly indulging on Mexican food, E Online stated. In between fajitas and tacos, the future Mrs. Ashton Kutcher buys local produce from grocers like Ralph’s in Studio City.
