Miley Cyrus has been extremely open and honest with fans since being hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics. She has been active on Twitter since being admitted to a Kansas City hospital, ahead of canceling both her Bangerz tour stop there and in St. Louis.

She took to Twitter on Wednesday to let her fans know she wouldn’t be able to make the tour stop in St. Louis because she wouldn’t be able to leave the hospital yet. On Thursday, she let her fans know she couldn’t stop “crying.”

“Over the hospital I miss #bangerztour #5amhospyselfie so sleeeeepy #medztime… http://” she first wrote, later writing, “can't quit crying i wanna go back on tour. im meant to be onstage performing for y'all.... not laying in a hospital bed.”

Cyrus’ rep told ABC News she had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic she took for a sinus infection while in North Carolina last week.

"This type of extreme reaction can last from 5 to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a Doctor's care until we see some improvement in her condition ... Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans,” said her rep.
