Peaches Geldof, 25, was found dead in her home in Kent on Monday, a private ambulance was at her address around 8:30 p.m.

According to the Mirror, Geldof was pronounced dead on scene after police and paramedics were called about concerns for her welfare.

Geldof’s husband and S.C.U.M band member, Tom Cohen, released this statement, "My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra, and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day. We shall love her forever,” according to the Associated Press.

Astala is one year and 11 months old, and Phaedra is 11 months old.

In 2009, Geldof admitted to taking drugs, however she said she had stopped. Geldof was 11 years old when her mother, Paula, died of a drug overdose.

The mother of two was a model, T.V. presenter, and writer.
Neighbor’s last spotted Geldof at the village shopping center over the weekend.

Her death is going as unexplained for the time being.
