While officials have not explained the death of British model and TV presenter Peaches Geldof, her family is mourning their loss. Geldof is the daughter of musician Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates.

Geldof’s surprising death was reported Monday, with Kent police saying that her death was being treated as “unexplained and sudden.” She was only 25-years-old and had two young children with her husband, Thomas Cohen.

Fifi Geldof, her older sister, paid tribute on Instagram. “My beautiful baby sister... Gone but never forgotten. I love you, Peaches X,” Fifi wrote, adding a photo of the two as children.

Bob Geldof, who is best known for organizing the iconic Live Aid concert, said in a statement Monday, “She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?” He added that his family “loved her and will cherish her forever.”

In his own statement, Cohen said, “My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day. We shall love her forever.”

Meanwhile, officials said that it could be weeks before the family has any answers. The BBC reports that the autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday. However, the Kent County Council said that it “could take some weeks” before the results are announced.

Geldof became a published writer when she was only 15 and has worked as a model and TV host. She hosted ITV2’s OMG! with Peaches Geldof.
