Minnesota Timberwolves player Dante Cunningham has had a very rough weekend. He was arrested last Friday and charged with felony domestic assault then on Sunday he was arrested again and this time for suspicion of making terrorist threats.

According to the Star Tribune Medina police officer Chris McGill confirmed Cunningham’s Sunday arrest, but would not give specific details of the incident. The department will release a statement on Monday with more details. Cunningham,26, is currently being held without bail at the Hennepin County jail.

According to NBA.com the Timberwolves have released a statement about Cunningham’s recent actions saying, “We reiterate that the Minnesota Timberwolves do not condone the behavior described in the accusations. We continue to wait for the legal process to run its course and will have further comment when appropriate."

This is Cunningham’s fifth year in the league and he will become a free agent on July 1. Cunningham has made no comments since his Friday arrest.
