Jane Lynch is best known as Sue Sylvester on the hit show Glee. Lynch has won a Golden Globe and and Emmy for her portrayal as Sue Sylvester. As well as Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Role Models, and The Three Stooges.
