Born into a family of entertainers, Drew Barrymore continued the tradition by acting, producing, directing, and screenwriting.
Barrymore appeared in an advertisement when she was 11 months old. She made her film debut in the 1980 film, Altered States, however, her breakout role was in Steven Spielberg's E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial at the age of 7.
Barrymore went on to star in films including The Wedding Singer, Ever After, Riding in Cars with Boys, Going the Distance, Whip It! and He's Just Not That Into You.
She created the production company Flower Films and starred in its first production, Never Been Kissed. The company went on to produce other films that she also starred in, including Charlie's Angels, 50 First Dates, Music and Lyrics and Donnie Darko.
Barrymore received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2004, and in 2007, she graced the cover of People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful issue. In 2007, she became a CoverGirl Spokeswoman as well as the face of Gucci Jewelry.
Barrymore is married to art consultant Will Kopelman. They have a daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, and just welcomed another baby girl named Frankie.
