The seventh and final season of the beloved vampire saga, True Blood, will reveal itself at 9 p.m. on HBO Sunday, June 22nd, according to 90210, as reported by E! Online

The final ten episodes will include some additions to the cast, including Nathan Parsons who will take over the character of James since Luke Grimes left the show, and Riley Smith from 90210, as reported by Rolling Stone

The teaser for the concluding season takes place in a cemetery, packed with headstones of the characters who passed away. One last headstone reads "True Blood: 2008 - 2014."

It was known in September that the seventh season would be the last as Brian Buckner, executive producer, told fans “ "As we take a final walk through Bon Temps together, we will do our very best to bring Sookie’s story to a close with heart, imagination and, of course, fun."

Although the show has been one of HBO’s favorite series, the creatures and story lines have increasingly gotten more and more strange. With additions such as Viking panthers, faerie elders and werewolf threesomes, it’s hard to guess where the series finale will end.
