Kitchen Nightmares returned on Friday night up in the ratings, while Shark Tank dipped and Blue Bloods improved.

CBS tied with ABC in the 18-49 demographic with a 1.3 rating, but had the stronger audience by far with 9.24 million. Unforgettable improved slightly to a 1.0 demo rating, reports HitFix. Hawaii Five-0 was down slightly to a 1.3 in the demo, while Blue Bloods ticked up slightly to a 1.5 in the demo.

ABC averaged 5.62 million viewers and a 1.3 in the demo. The Neighbors ended the season down to a 0.8 rating and Shark Tank fared little better as it dropped to a 1.6 in the demo. 20/20 also was down to a 1.4 rating.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox came third with a 1.2 in the 18-49 demo and 2.93 million viewers. Kitchen Nightmares averaged a 1.2 between two episodes, up from last season's debut of 0.9 in the demo.

NBC averaged a 0.9 in the demo and 3.7 million viewers. NBC aired a special on the Boston Marathon bombings, which took in a 1.2 rating. Grimm slipped to a 1.2 rating, while Hannibal remained even with last week at a 0.8 in the demo.

The CW averaged a 0.4 in the demo and 1.3 million, with Whose Line Is it Anyway? returning even with a 0.5 in the demo and Hart of Dixie taking in a 0.3 demo rating.
