Last week there were photos shown of Ben Affleck as the new Batman. Many people are excited about the color scheme of the suit Affleck will be wearing. The costume he wears is a gray bodysuit, designed with a cowl and cape having a combination of blue and black colors.
“If you want to see what this suit looks like, you just go to Frank Miller’s ‘The Dark Knight Returns,’ go to the third book, Hunt the Dark Knight. It’s the exact outfit he’s wearing. That’s why I hugged that guy all those months ago,” said Kevin Smith, reported by MTV.
Christian Bale was the last actor to play Batman in movies such as The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises. His costumes in those films were all black, which is different from what Affleck will be wearing when he plays Batman.
It is a role Affleck did not see himself playing at first, but he has accepted the fact he will be Batman. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will be the title of highly anticipated movie slated to come out May 6, 2016 according to Rolling Stone.
