Bethenny Frankel has stayed mum about her divorce proceedings and custody battle against estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, for the sake of their daughter, Bryn, but Wednesday’s court testimony was made public, showing just how ugly it got between the two.

The former Bethenny Ever After stars split in December 2013 and Frankel testified that it turned nasty right after she filed.

"He said, 'I'm going to destroy you. I'm going to have you and your publicist crying and crumbling in a corner. Now you're going to see what I was like on the basketball court,'" Frankel said. "He said, 'You don't know what it's like to have a family, you'll never have a family. Let's go baby,’” Frankel, 43, testified, ABC News reports.

Frankel, who has her own talk show Bethenny - which isn’t returning next year – and a Skinnygirl empire, is asking for primary custody of their 4-year-old daughter. Hoppy is asking for joint custody.

Some of the parenting conflicts they’re having are issues of diet and religion.
"He would take bad press about me and put it on the counter. He would pee and poop and leave it in the toilet ... He would say things [to Bryn] like, 'Mommy should be the witch. She's a great witch. You'll be the princess and I'll be the prince,’" she also testified.

Hoppy’s lawyer Bernard Clair told People this is just “the first mile of a marathon." The former couple is due back in court on June 11.
