Teen Mom couple, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, are expecting a baby. Lowell’s mom, April Sotts, has confirmed the pregnancy news on Tuesday.
Lowell and Baltierra, both 22, already welcomed their first child, Carly, who will soon turn 5. They famously gave her up for adoption, which was documented on the MTV shows 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom.
Lotts told Us Weekly about her daughter’s second pregnancy that she cried of happiness when she found out, saying it was special "knowing she's keeping the baby."
Lotts also said Lowell was concerned that about “what Carly will think because she’s only going to be 5 in a couple of days and what her thoughts will be that they’re having a baby."
Moreover, Lotts said Lowell wants a girl so again so she can spoil her with “all the zebra stripes and pink stuff."
Neither Lowell or Baltierra have confirmed the news themselves yet. However, the pregnancy shouldn’t come as a surprise considering Lowell told InTouch they were trying to conceive a baby last month.
“I would’ve felt guilty if I got pregnant again when Carly was 1 or 2. But we’ve both been yearning for this,” she said. “We’re ready to have a baby!”
