Athlete Cam Newton and rapper Ace Hood are celebrating their birthdays today.
Cam Newton, 25
NFL quarterback Cam Newton turns 25 today. Newton played college football for the Auburn Tigers in Alabama. He was drafted first overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2011 NFL Draft. He is only the third player in history to be awarded the Heisman Trophy, win a national championship, and become the first overall pick in the NFL draft all in a one-year span.
Newton broke numerous rookie and all-time NFL records in his rookie year. He became the first rookie quarterback to throw for 400 yards in his first game, he broke the record for passing yards by any quarterback in an NFL debut, he was the first rookie quarterback to throw for 4,000 yards in a season, as well as the first rookie quarterback to rush for 700 yards, and he also ran for 14 touchdowns, more in a single season than any quarterback in NFL history.

Ace Hood, 26
Rapper Ace Hood turns 26 today. Born Antoine McColister, Ace Hood is signed to DJ Khaled's label We the Best Music Group and Cash Money Records. Ace Hood released his first album, Gutta, in 2008, and featured the singles "Cash Flow" and "Out Here Grindin."
Ace Hood released his second album, Ruthless, seven years after the release of his debut. The album debut at No. 23 on the Billboard 200. After it's release, Ace Hood signed to Cash Money Records in 2012, and released his fourth studio album, Trials and Tribulations. His single "Bugatti," debuted at No. 42 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and peaked at No. 39 on the Hot 100 chart, becoming his biggest hit to date.
Early this year, Ace Hood released his mixtape Starvation 3.
