Actor Bob Saget and athlete Tony Parker are celebrating their birthdays today.

Bob Saget, 58

Comedian, director, actor and television host Bob Saget turns 58 today. In 1987, Saget was cast as Danny Tanner in the television family sitcom Full House. From 1989 to 1997, Saget was cast as the host of America's Funniest Home Videos. He returned in 2009 for the shows 20th anniversary special where he co-hosted with Tom Bergeron. From 2006 to 2008, Saget was host of NBC's game show 1 vs. 100M/i>.

In September 2005, Saget narrated the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Saget had an HBO special, That Ain't Right, which was dedicated to his father who died from congestive heart failure. Saget made appearances on Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd, Entourage, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: LA and Louie.

Saget directed the 1996 ABC television movie For Hope, inspired by the life story of his sister, Gay Saget, who died from scleroderma three years earlier. In 1998, Saget directed his first feature film Dirty Work, starring Norm Macdonald and Artie Lange. Saget wrote, directed, and starred in Farce of the Penguins, a parody of 2005's March of the Penguins, which was released direct-to-DVD, in January 2007.

Tony Parker, 32

French professional basketball player Tony Parker turns 32 today. Parker played for two years in the French basketball league. He entered the 2001 NBA Draft and was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the 28th overall pick. Parker quickly became their starting point guard, and helped the Spurs win three NBA championships in 2003, 2005 and 2007.

Parker was chosen for six NBA All-Star games, two All-NBA Second Teams, and an All-NBA Third Team. In 2007, he was named the NBA Finals MVP.

Parker is also a music artist with his own music album TP. He married actress Eva Longoria on 7 July 2007, but the two filed for divorce in 2010. Parker began dating a French journalist, Axelle Francine, in 2011 and are currently engaged. They have one son, Josh Parker, born in April 2014.
