Comedian and late night host, Conan O'Brien is adding another line to his resume. O'Brien has just launched his own record label.

The Hollywood Reporter added that the record label will be focused on comedy releases. The first release will be a stand-up album from comedian Ian Edwards. The set was recorded back in March and will be released on O'Brien's label in June.

The direction of the label is to focus on up-and-coming talent in the comedic world. This would allow the artist to have more creative control and the label would have a bigger stake when the album is released if it becomes successful.

The Rolling Stone added that the label will be called Team Coco.

The Team Coco name has been used before when the show presented a comedy special Team Coco Presents: The Conan Writers Live.

O'Brien is known for his late night show which often features stand up comedians and he was just seen as the host of the MTV Movie Awards. As host, he didn't hold back from going after certain audience members, all while having fun and keeping the audience entertained.
