TBS has decided to bring back Courteney Cox's Cougar Town for one final season, which will be the show's sixth.

The final season will run for 13 episodes, similar to the fifth season, and will air beginning in 2015, reports Deadline. By the end of its sixth season, the show will have spent three years on ABC and the other three on TBS.

The comedy has done fairly well for TBS, though it did slip this year, as it remains one of the top 10 basic cable sitcoms as it averaged over 2 million viewers overall, with 1.3 million being in the 18-49 demographic.

Though no longer on board as a showrunner, creator Bill Lawrence has three shows on the air including Cougar Town, with Ground Floor and Undateable being the other two. A third series Surviving Jack was cancelled after a mediocre midseason run.

The network also will have several new series starting in the fall, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Cougar Town will be joined by Rashida Jones' new series Tribeca, Your Family or Min and Buzzy's.
