Three years after the royal wedding between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton’s backside is still being talked about. Reports are now accusing Kate Middleton’s younger sister of faking her derriere.
French etiquette expert Stephane Bern and knight of the Order of Grimaldi in Monaco, accused Middleton of wearing a “false bottom” while wearing her famous Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown.
"Of course she had a false bottom. It was an optical illusion. She knew there were a billion people watching. It was the moment to show it,” said Bern, Daily Mail reports.
Bern made his comments in light of Middleton’s appearance at the vineyards of Bordeaux.
“I repeat it: she had a false bottom. You take her away from that and she has normal buttocks,” he continued. “Because I think if you look at other photos of her and you see her in jeans, she's got quite a flat bottom. But I think possibly for the day, for that gorgeous dress, she may have had some sort of pants that gave her a little bit of a lift, or even a little bit of padding.”
Meanwhile, Middleton broke her silence on the wide-spread attention she received after the 2011 royal wedding at Westminster Abbey.
In February, Middleton gave a speech on behalf of the Women in Advertising and Communications London group and joked the gown fit her “a little too well.”
"As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and - you may say - its backside," she said at the time.
