Friends of The View's Sherri Shepherd are reportedly shocked that she and husband Lamar Sally are splitting up.
According to Us Weekly, Shepherd's friends are shocked that Shepherd was able to keep quiet about the troubles that were going on in her marriage to Sally. Sally filed for a separation on May 2 and is seeking custody of his and Shepherd unborn son, who will be born via a surrogate in the summer. A source says, "He stopped coming around. She really kept everything quiet." Shepherd already has an eight-year-old son name Jeffrey with her ex-husband Jeff Tarpley.
People reveals how Shepherd didn't tell anyone that she and Sally were expecting a son via a surrogate. A source says, "She is such a pro. She came to work all week and nobody knew that anything was going on."
As reported earlier, Shepherd and Sally's son is due on July 28. In addition to wanting full custody of their son, Sally wants Shepherd to pay him spousal support and that the prenuptial agreement they have become invalid because of fraud. Shepherd and Sally were married back in August 2011.
