Lucy stammered and made excuses, claiming that it was a joke, but Kevin still walked out. She ran after him. "I guess the joke is on me," he said when she caught up to him. He then demanded to know how long she had been sleeping with Scott. Lucy tried to deflect the blame saying that it was Kevin’s fault for not being around enough and said she broke it off with Scott a month ago. She then reminded “Luke” that he only came on board to spend time with her and now they have nothing but time. She then invited him to bed, so he pretended Tracy was Kiki and dove in. Later, she suggested brunch but he said he was off to see Lulu and the baby. She wanted to come with but he made it sound unappealing so she wouldn’t.

Sonny agreed, hoping to flush Julian’s partner out of hiding. Then, Duke left to go see Anna and “Luke” arrived, surprising Sonny. He told Sonny that times were dangerous and it might be good to keep Michael away from ELQ. Sonny told “Luke” that Michael made his own decisions. “Luke” then told Sonny that the word on the street was that the Jeromes had him on the ropes. Sonny smiled and “Luke” asked if he was planning something on Julian? Sonny left the question unanswered.

“Luke” was on the docks. Tracy called him but he rescheduled their lunch. Julian showed up and informed him that he was quitting the mob. That didn’t go over well and made no sense to “Luke”. "Now I've got something to lose," Julian explained about having Alexis, Sam, Lucas and Danny to think about now and said it was time for him to go legit. “Luke” then reminded Julian how all of his legitimate businesses were started with mob money and how “Luke” still needed them to launder his money. Julian was still adamant about leaving. “Luke” told him there would be consequences if he tried to walk away. They exchanged threats until they finally shook hands and wished each other good luck. "You're going to need it," Luke mumbled as Julian walks away.
“Luke” headed to Alexis' with his gun.

She told him that she had her doubts and explained that there were surgeries she could have. Dante thought I was too risky and a surrogate would be the safest bet, but Lulu wasn’t so sure. He then got a call from Anna and had to head to work. Once he was gone, Lulu called for a consultation appointment.

Then, Nikolas kisses her, but she pushed him away. They bickered and she reminded him that he picked Britt. "There's never going to be an us," she shot back, explaining that the timing would never be right for them and that she was choosing Ric. He thought she was just afraid. She repeated herself then walked out, running into Ric in the hall. They left together.
