Upset about the NBC Comedy Community being cancelled? Despite its past motto of, “Six seasons and a movie,” the show said goodbye following its season 5 finale back in April, which aired to only 2.87 million viewers.

Yet not all hope is lost, as Sony TV and Hulu are in talks, emphasis on the talking, about bringing the show back via Hulu, the show streaming website, for another season. Deadline says that Dan Harmon, the shows creator and producer, is ready to talk about taking the show to Hulu by claiming that, “I’m not going to be the guy that re-cancels cancelled Community.“

The show had been suffering some problems since Dan Harmon, the show creator, was fired prior to season 5, and Chevy Chase and Donald Glover, both leaving the show in season 5. Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, went on tour for his music career after leaving Community.

Just only a week after NBC cancelled the series, Sony Pictures Television co-president Jamie Erlicht told The Hollywood Reporter, “"You can't get to six seasons and a movie without six seasons.” Sony TV is willing to fight for the show considering its remarkable history and devoted fanbase. Erlicht also stated that, “"We, more than any other studios, fight for shows that we believe in. “
