Deadline revealed the possible pick-up from the online provider. Before fans get too excited, however, the site does stress that, while they are in talks with Sony Pictures TV for new episodes of the program, these talks are preliminary and do not necessarily guarantee a deal.

Show creator Dan Harmon did address the possibility of the show's continuation on his blog in length, which can be read here. The gist of his comments, however, stress that these deals are not finalized, and that he is not 100% sure yet whether or not he wants to continue with the show. Whether or not this is future of the show, if the show has any future at all, will just have to be determined in the months to come.
