Following reports that Justin Bieber was under investigation by the LAPD for alleged robbery, the singer is responding on Twitter. The allegations come at a bad time for Bieber, who has several other criminal cases ongoing.

As we previously reported, Bieber was at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park on Monday night after he allegedly wrestled with a woman who had taken pictures of a fight his entourage got into with another group at the batting cages.

A spokesperson for the LAPD confirmed "Detectives are currently interviewing the victim. It was reported at 10.30 p.m. Monday night to our Devonshire location and occurred earlier in the day in the Valley.”

Bieber has taken to Twitter to address the rumors, telling fans “don’t believe” these latest round of rumors.

“It is hard to defend myself and my privacy every moment of the day. Then to see rumors. The truth will set u free,” he first wrote, adding, “My mom raised me to be kind to others. I get judged, harassed, and I try to take the high road. Sometimes it isn't easy. But we keep trying.”

“I will continue to be the man my mother raised. I love people and I will try to be kind even when things are not fair. Don't believe rumors,” he continued.
After saying he was going out to have fun with friends, he told his fans, “I'm human. I feel. I hurt. But I got thick skin too. I can handle it. I love you.”
