AMC is hoping to have another home run when they premiere the Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul and the cast is adding another member. Michael McKean has just joined the upcoming project from AMC.
McKean's role is being considered a co-starring along side Bob Odenkirk, Deadline reported. Odenkirk stared in Breaking Bad and another Bad cast member has been signed on to reprise his role. Jonathan Banks will be playing his well known character Mike Ehrmantraut.
Entertainment Weekly reported that McKean will be playing a lawyer who is going through some strange afflictions on the AMC's meth drama prequel.
Mckean was recently seen on the short lived HBO drama Family Tree and was seen in episodes of Happy Ending and Law & Order: SVU.
Better Call Saul is set to air in November and after the season is shown on AMC, it will be posted on instant streaming for Netflix fans. Breaking Bad was one of the first shows that Netflix used to help propel their instant streaming services to new height and in turn the show became one of the most popular on AMC because of instant streaming that allowed fans to "binge watch" the entire series.
