Guardianship issuess for Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, finally came to an end on Wednesday as an attorney announced that she will live with her biological mother, Rebecca Soteros, and a nanny.

The case was dismissed by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner David J. Cowan during a hearing where attorney Amy Nieman spoke about how the 15-year-old has "a lot of layers of support," reports The Associated Press. Meadow will continue to be looked on by a close friend of Walker's.

Nieman said that there isn't a need for court oversight as the Meadow is in a good situation as her mother is currently getting help for alcoholism and that the trust set up for the teen purchased a house where Meadow, Soteros and a nanny will live.

Walker's mother, Cheryl Ann Walker, attempted to gain guardianship of Meadow in February, but the hearings were delayed as the two sides were trying to come up with an agreement on the matter.
Cheryl's laywer, Steven Bledsoe, said the agreement was an adequate one "in the absence of a better plan."

Walker died in a tragic car crash in November 2013.
