Peaches Geldof reportedly passed away in early April due to a heroin overdose.

The Times, who was the first to report on cause of death, reports that the inquest investigating her death was due to be informed on Thursday. Geldof was first discovered on April 7 as she was watching her 11-month-old son and she was not found with any drugs or drug paraphernalia around her.

So after an autopsy came back inconclusive, samples had to be sent to a lab for further testing.

Back when it was first reported that the 25-year-old had died, police said she had died because of unexplained circumstances. Kent police said in statement, "At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden."

The Times reported that the television personality had grown quite interested in her own mother's overdose from heroin 14 years ago. Her mother, Paula Yates, also was alone with her daughter, Tiger Lily, when she overdosed.
