Musician Pink has placed her Sherman Oaks estate on the market and it has apparently sold to an undisclosed buyer, sources close to the real estate deal have announced.
The home which was built on a three-fourth acre of flat land south of Ventura Boulevard. The home was built back in 1946 and has four bedrooms with five bathrooms. The two-story house also includes vaulted ceilings and a grotto-style "cave spa."
The house was put on the market in a very subtle way and had a $3.499 million value placed on it.
The Hollywood Reporter added that she first put the song back on the market in 2011 but the house did not sell for the asking price of $4 million, instead the home was leased for $8,500 a month.
LA Times added that the "True Love" singer purchased the home back in 2002 for a reported $2 million, according to public records. Louis Woolf of Rodeo Realty was the listing agent on the purchase.
Pink recently concluded her "Truth About Love Tour" which was to help with promotions of her most recent album.
